Prices and quotes

• Prices on the website are guide prices in euro, excluding VAT. They are not an offer.
• Your firm price is in the quote we send you, with free digital mockups. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date we issue it. After that, prices and availability may change.
• Prices may change without notice until a formal order is placed, for example when a supplier changes its price or stock runs out.
• Setup charges apply once per order for each branded product and are shown on your quote.
• Delivery is charged separately, based on freight weight, and confirmed once your order is placed.

Placing an order and payment

An order is confirmed when you accept our quote and we receive payment. Payment up front is required to confirm every order. Our bank details are on your quote.

Artwork and mockups

• You must provide or approve artwork before production begins. Production only starts once you approve the final mockup in writing.
• Please check every mockup carefully for spelling, colours, size and position. Once you approve it, we produce exactly what you approved.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo and piece of artwork you send us, and you accept responsibility if a third party claims otherwise.
• Delays in approving artwork may move the estimated delivery date.
• Printed and embroidered colours are matched as closely as the material and method allow, but may differ slightly from your screen or a Pantone reference.

Production times

Production is typically 2 to 3 weeks from mockup approval. Estimated production times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Timelines begin once artwork is approved and payment is received. If you have a fixed date, such as an event, tell us when you request your quote and we will tell you straight away if it is at risk.

Delivery, multi site orders and storage

• We deliver to the address or addresses you give us. For multi site orders, we deliver to each site on the list you supply, so please check it before you send it.
• If we store stock for you in Limerick and ship on demand, we agree the storage and dispatch arrangements with your quote.
• Please check your delivery when it arrives and tell us about any damage, shortage or fault as soon as possible, with photos, so we can put it right.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of confirmation at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply based on how far production has progressed, for example when products have been bought or branded for you. Branded products cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Product images and information

Product photos, colours and descriptions come from our suppliers and are as accurate as we can make them. The finished product may vary slightly, especially in colour.

Using this website

• The content, design and pg logo on this site belong to us, and supplier images are used with their permission. Please do not copy them without asking.
• Files you upload are used only to prepare your quote and order. See our privacy policy.
• Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
• We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
